Some tips before you visit us:
Remember that spa rooms and therapists are reserved especially for you. For this reason, spa packages and multiple services must be accompanied by a credit card or pre-payment guarantee. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services; a 50% cancellation fee will be retained when required notice is not given.
Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to relax and leisurely prepare for your spa experience. To avoid disappointment, please be on time. Late arrival will result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

Jane’s Skin Care & Day Spa offers a tranquil, relaxing setting for all guests to enjoy. In keeping with this atmosphere, we respectfully ask that you turn off all electronic devices upon your arrival at the spa.
For your enjoyment and in consideration of other guests, children that are not receiving a service are welcome; however, we respectfully ask that you make sure that they are on their best behaviour and not disturbing other guests (no screaming, no wandering or running around).
If you wish to leave gratuities as the result of an exceptional experience, these will be accepted with appreciation. Gratuities are left up to the discretion of the guest and are not included in our prices, but often range from 10% to 20%.
Drop in anytime to purchase your favourite spa products or gift certificates. Gift certificates are redeemable for products and services up to the dollar value indicated. They are non-refundable, fully transferrable and never expire! Protect your gift card like cash; it is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
